Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. 14-Day Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return or an exchange.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the exact same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  • In its original, undamaged packaging.

  • Accompanied by the original invoice, receipt, or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at emersonion504@gmail.com or contact our customer support team.

Important Notes:

  • Please do not send items back to us without prior approval. Items sent back without a formal request will not be accepted.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Unless the item delivered was damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for paying the return courier charges.

3. Damages, Defects, and Wrong Items

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If the product is damaged during transit, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please share clear photos or a short unboxing video of the issue at emersonion504@gmail.com so we can evaluate it immediately and arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene and customization rules:

  • Perishable goods (like food, snacks, or flowers).

  • Custom or personalized products made specifically on demand.

  • Personal care, cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products.

  • Items purchased on clearance sale or gift cards.

Refunds & Payment Methods

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed based on how you originally paid:

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Since COD payments cannot be reversed directly, we will refund your money via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or a direct Bank Transfer. Our team will contact you to securely collect your account details.

  • For Credit/Debit Card Payments: The refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment card.

Refund Timeline

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account after approval. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your bank or digital wallet provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please reach out to us at emersonion504@gmail.com.

5. Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different size, color, or alternative product is to return the original item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can independently place a fresh new order for the item you want.
